Dlouh\u00e9 svahy by se m\u011bly rozd\u011blit, aby po nich nest\u00e9kala pry\u010d voda p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edvalov\u00fdch de\u0161t\u00edch tak snadno.\tSt\u00e1t tedy p\u0159i\u0161el s t\u00edm, \u017ee b\u011bhem dvou let budou m\u00edt pl\u00e1tci dan\u00ed z nemovitost\u00ed na t\u011bchto pozemc\u00edch mo\u017enost nechat si d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 krajinn\u00e9 prvky a zapsat je do evidence ekologicky v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch prvk\u016f. Podle n\u00e1zoru specialist\u016f by tak tento krok mohl velmi pomoci p\u0159i zohled\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00ed se zem\u011bd\u011blskou \u010dinnost\u00ed. Do t\u00e9to chv\u00edle toto nen\u00ed zcela mo\u017en\u00e9.\tExistuj\u00edc\u00ed probl\u00e9m\tV\u00fdzkumn\u00fd \u00fastav tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee n\u00e1vrh je postaven dob\u0159e, a \u017ee by zem\u011bd\u011blc\u016fm mohl d\u00e1t skute\u010dnu motivaci.
